Join us in Ojai, California for a nourishing WellSoul workshop! Together we will explore a path to true individual and interpersonal wellness. Our goal is that you come away with a deep understanding of your whole-self, which includes synthesizing and integrating an understanding of the mental, emotional, physical, relational and energetic layers of your being.

Our events marry latest findings from the fields of interpersonal neurobiology and clinical psychology with the ancient wisdom of the spiritual traditions. Emphasis is placed on the powerful healing potential available through mindfulness practice. In addition to providing a robust education, we offer mindfulness-based cognitive and energy healing tools that support practices of embodied presence, opening a direct line of communication to the soul voice within. This inherent wisdom is our most trusted source of guidance and the key to unlocking our potential, repairing emotional injury and healing our relationships.

This special weekend retreat for the curious and committed seeker is being held at a private retreat in Ojai, California. All workshop segments and meals listed on the below schedule are included. Accommodations are not included and must be booked separately.
